Ed Hoffman

CEO

Dr. Hoffman has worked in the field of knowledge and project management as a senior leader, strategic advisor, researcher and educator for 35 years. Dr. Hoffman retired from NASA as a senior executive after 33 years, after having served as the first NASA Chief Knowledge Officer. He has written numerous journal articles, co-authored books and is a sought-after international speaker for industry, government and academic conferences.

 

Dr. Hoffman holds a Doctorate, as well as MA and MS degrees, from Columbia University in the area of social and organizational psychology. He currently serves as Senior Lecturer in Discipline at the Columbia University School of Professional Studies. He has also, served as faculty at The George Washington University in the School of Business, Drexel University in the School of Engineering and the University of Sydney.

Laurence Prusak

Director of Research and Consulting

Laurence (Larry) Prusak is a researcher and consultant who has focused on organizational knowledge and learning issues for the past 30 years.

He has extensive experience working in the United States and globally, helping organizations better understand and utilize their knowledge resources. In addition to consulting, Larry has taught courses and lectured in over twenty universities. He has co-authored or edited 8 books, written more than 50 major articles, and given over 250 speeches at conferences.

Amanda Hoffman

Program Analyst

Amanda is a program analyst for Knowledge Strategies, LLC. She has her Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Her expertise includes knowledge management, project management, program evaluation, and data analysis.

Daniel Hoffman

Business Specialist

Dan is the business specialist for our company.  His responsibilities include operations, travel and accounting.  

Benjamin Choi

Multimedia Specialist

Benjamin is the multimedia specialist for Knowledge Strategies.
